Our core principle: if the mistake is ours, we fix it at zero cost, no arguments, no delays. Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has started — but we stand fully behind the quality of every item we make.

Wrong design printed (our error)
Full reprint or refund within 7 days. No questions asked.
Wrong size delivered (our error)
Reprint or exchange. You keep the original. Resolved within 7 days.
Item damaged during production
Full reprint or refund. You do not need to return the item.
Customer approved the wrong design
No refund. We offer a discounted reprint.
Customer ordered the wrong size
No refund. We offer a discounted reprint.
Courier damaged the delivery
We raise the claim and replace the item. You are not responsible.
Change of mind after design approval
No refund. Production cannot be reversed once started.
Gifting Hub — unopened items
Exchange within 7 days if packaging is fully intact.

How to Raise an Issue

  1. Message us directly via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We will respond within 48 hours with a resolution — reprint, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Important: Timelines

All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We communicate proactively if anything changes. Delays caused by couriers or external logistics are not grounds for a refund unless the item is lost.
