What We Do Not Do
- Sell your data to any third party.
- Share your information with anyone except our delivery partners — and only to the extent required to ship your order.
- Send unsolicited marketing emails or messages without your permission.
Cookies
We use a single secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you logged in for up to 7 days. This cookie does not track you across other websites and contains no personally identifiable information — only an encrypted session token. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your Rights
You can request that we delete all personal data associated with your account at any time by messaging us directly at hello@omnox.com. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days. Completed order records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance for up to 6 years.
