Terms of Service
Plain, honest English — because clarity builds more trust than legal jargon. By placing an order with Omnox, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. No exceptions. We accept card payments via Paystack. For bulk orders of 10 or more items, a 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due on delivery confirmation.
2. Design Approval
You sign off on all designs before anything goes to print. We send a mockup, you review it carefully — spelling, colours, placement — and reply with approval or change requests. We make revisions until you are satisfied. Nothing goes to production without your explicit sign-off. Any changes requested after approval are charged separately.
3. Timelines
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We communicate proactively if anything changes — you will never be left in the dark. See our Order Tracking system for the 5 stages every order passes through.
4. Design Ownership
Custom designs created by Omnox for your order belong to you once the order is fulfilled. We may use photos of completed work for our portfolio or social media marketing unless you explicitly opt out at the time of ordering.
5. Bulk Orders
Orders of 10 or more items require a 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery confirmation. Rush orders may attract an additional fee — this will be quoted upfront.
6. Disputes
All disputes are handled directly between Omnox and the customer in the first instance. We aim to resolve every issue within 48 hours. Our full Refund & Returns policy sets out exactly what we cover and how.
7. Limitation of Liability
Omnox is not liable for delays or failures caused by courier services, natural events, or other factors outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the original order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
